Danny Nota (BA, MSc, CeMAP)
Director

Danny is a co-founder and director of AssetLend. He manages the day-to-day operations of the firm. After obtaining his Masters in Investment and Financial Risk, he started his career as a stockbroker and then eventually moved into the Commercial Finance and Fintech sectors. With a deep understanding of the lending industry, he understands the challenges that borrowers face when trying to source finance.
Sarbjit Jandoo
Director

A co-founder of AssetLend, Sarbjit is a serial entrepreneur. With over 30 years of experience in building start-ups, he boasts succesful businesses in the property development, distribution, education and retail sectors. Alongside his business ventures, Sarbjit spends his time helping various charitable organisations.
Sanjeev Verma
Governance and Regulation

Sanjeev is an experienced professional within financial services. He began his career in NatWest Bank, later branching out to the Investment Management sector, specialising in the area of conduct risk, corporate governance and financial regulation. He has held senior control functions within merchant banking and has served on the board of a merchant bank for a number of years. He brings added skill sets to AssetLend, helping to maintain a rigid infrastructure in line with the growth of the company, all within a proficient regulatory infrastructure.
Joss Alcraft
Non-Executive Director

Joss is a founding partner of Maddox Legal. He qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has worked in the City ever since, most recently as Head of Corporate at a boutique commercial firm in Mayfair.
​
His main areas of work include public company IPOs, bond issues (on capital markets both in and outside of the United Kingdom, public and private mergers and acquisitions, advising in relation to FSMA and the FCA rules, corporate restructuring, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and share buy-backs.
Ernest Kaye
Mortgage and Protection Consultant

Ernest began his working life as a teacher before switching to the financial services industry. He has since built up a career spanning 40 years, mainly with Alliance & Leicester and then pursuing other roles as a Mortgage and Protection advisor. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to AssetLend.

Joseph Sheridan
Compliance Manager
​
Joseph is approaching his 10 year anniversary working in financial services, starting his career within in a well-known, London-based, stockbrokers, covering Compliance and Complaint Handling roles. Following this, Joseph has assisted two Administrations process, carried out deputy Head of Compliance role for a Mayfair based company, and has obtained a keen eye for FCA Regulations, Data Handling and Compliance.
Joseph will be assisting with day-to-day compliance within AssetLend, implementing new structures into the business as it grows as well as leading our contact team.
Nathan Wilkins
Marketing Consultant

Nathan has been a marketer in the professional services industry for 10 years. His focus is primarily on all forms of digital marketing and brand development, where he works to create high-level strategies and execute them. He has worked with start-ups through to global firms to help them maximise their full potential through digital marketing.
Jorom Simpson
Business Development
​
Jorom comes from a sales and marketing background, bringing with him his experience to strengthen the team at AssetLend. He takes a keen interest in the financial markets and is a huge fan of Formula One.
